Hero and Josephine appeared when the pair played the main characters in “After,” the 2019 film about a disruptive boy who meets a prim, proper girl. The chemistry between the two, especially in the “hot” scenes, gave the impression to the viewers that maybe Josephine and Hero were a couple.

The image magnificently depicts the relationship between the pair in that movie. Josephine, or Tessa, sat in a cinema chair with Hardin (Hero Fiennes-Tiffin) sat behind her and leaned forward in a flirtatious manner.
The image sparked an outburst of questions and joy from the internet. Many asked if the pair had already begun their new life as a couple. Others reacted with joy and prayed that the relationship would continue.
Since then, the fans-hoping-couple had an official announcement and hasn’t come clean to the public about the relationship.
Josephine Langford and Hero Fiennes-Tiffin: A genuine couple?
So far, the discussions we had about Josephine Langford and Hero Fiennes-Tiffin lie solely on whether the two had a silent relationship back in the day. However, after spending some time on the internet and reading some reports, we concluded that this was not the case. It was not even the slightest close to reality.
The first reason undermining our conclusion was the point that Hero was uttering to the media. He said, quoted by Entertainment Online that:
“We are friends, a close one on top of that. We can quickly get along even though we haven’t met for a while. The level of professionalism between us, the actors, and the staff was exceptional. “
The UK-born actor also reiterated that he had “no refined relationship since I haven’t met the girl I would like to address as my girlfriend.”
On the other side, Josephine also told the media that she was not in a relationship with anyone, even Fiennes-Tiffin. She has no relationships that we reckon, even though she may have had one in the past. It was only a speculation, but with a girl as attractive as Josephine, who knows, right?
She also had a different perspective on relationships. Unlike some of us who would regard a relationship as a nuisance and a complete waste of time, she believes a relationship between two partners is:
“A constant change depending on situations. It is easier than handling what my characters portray in the films. Tessa had one heck of a relationship with Hardin, and it was not the epitome of what a relationship should be. It should be easy if you know what your partner seeks from you, and vice versa.”
As our title suggests, the gossip and rumors about Josephine Langford and Hero Fiennes-Tiffin were mundane and one-sided admiration. The pair had some lovely moments in the films, but those were fiction. The gravitas of the reports certainly took it all the way up before being completely decimated by the pair’s statement.
We may already know the ending of Josephine Langford and Hero Fiennes-Tiffin, but we would not deny that something might change in the future. Fingers crossed, the reports hopefully change into a more positive one than this.
The actress’ backstory
Jo Langford, more commonly referred to as Josephine Langford, came to this world in 1997. She arrived just a year after her sister, Katherine, safely entered the world. As you already know, they are one of the few siblings that made it into Hollywood together. What makes them attractive is that they are pretty prolific in what they do.
IMDb reported that Katherine and Josephine Langford spent most of their childhood in a suburb inside Perth called Applecross. Josephine showed that she was born for a career in the entertainment industry when, according to the same source, she had a recording session for an original song back in elementary school.
Josephine made her debut on the stage when she appeared in the 2013 short movie “S*x Ed.” Following it, Josephine then took part in two other films before being fully credited as Darcie Chapman in the 2017 film “Wish Upon.” But people recognized her the most when she played Tessa in the “After” installments.
The recognition was spot on since it was the title that brought Teen Choice Awards – Choice Awards Drama Movie Actress to her lap in 2019.
